Operation & Maintenance Services
From regular lubrication and filter replacement to fault diagnostics and emergency breakdown services, our O&M teams ensure minimal downtime and consistent performance. Our technicians are trained across multiple turbine OEMs and operate with robust checklists, safety adherence, and digital reporting.
Field Inspections
We perform ultrasonic thickness measurements, weld inspections, internal borescope checks and more — enabling predictive maintenance strategies and timely part replacements. Our inspections adhere to IS/IEC standards and provide photo-tagged documentation.
Blade Inspection & Repair
Whether it’s erosion on the leading edge or lightning strike damage, our blade specialists conduct rope-access and platform-based inspections followed by composite repairs. We also provide LEP coating, aerodynamic balancing, and LPS continuity testing to reduce blade downtime and performance loss.
Electrical & Mechanical Services
Beyond routine PM, we support complex component replacements including main bearing, slip ring assemblies, gearboxes, and pitch systems. Our crews also manage cable routing, switchgear upgrades, and retrofits for aging turbines.
SCADA Monitoring & Analytics
We integrate SCADA-based alerts with on-ground response. Real-time monitoring, fault triaging, power curve deviation analysis and trend-based reporting ensure better uptime decisions. Condition-based alerts help prioritize site visits and component planning.
Spare Parts, Logistics & Inventory
We maintain critical and fast-moving inventory for major turbine models. Our spare strategy reduces lead time through pre-kitting, warehouse coordination and usage tracking. We also help clients implement digital inventory audits and barcode systems.
Training, Safety & Project Manpower
All field personnel undergo site-specific induction, JSA orientation, electrical safety and rescue training. We also provide clients with shutdown manpower, rope-access crews and long-term O&M staffing across states with dedicated HSE oversight.
